Your Vittra watch includes a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, beginning on the purchase date. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, batteries, straps, water damage beyond the stated resistance, misuse or repairs performed by an unauthorised party. Assessment may be required before service is approved.

For support, email jyopakhrani555@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Clean the watch with a soft dry cloth and avoid fragrance, chemicals, prolonged heat and moisture beyond its rated resistance.
