Refund & return policy

To request a return, email jyopakhrani555@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the request and clear photographs of the watch and packaging. A return must be approved before it is sent back.

Returned watches must be unworn and unaltered, with protective films, tags, presentation box, accessories and documents intact. Items showing wear, damage or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

After an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item supplied was incorrect or arrived damaged.
